Regina is a McCombs Business School graduate with a BBA in Management. Her first job post college was at Dell as an Consumer Sales Representative. However, with her current role as HR Director for the Process Systems and Solutions business, I am more involved in helping to create and drive our DEI strategy. The JPMorgan Chase Case Challenge will offer MBAs & BBAs, from underrepresented backgrounds and alliance organizations, an opportunity to determine how JPMorgan Chase can drive revenue and increase market share within the growing middle market client segment. Through this case you’ll help JPMorgan Chase establish the best approach to serve companies, typically $20 million to $100 million in annual revenues, using the firm’s broad-based capabilities and digital solutions as well as develop a strategy to increase JPMorgan Chase’s diversity and inclusion impact within the segment.
